Big Brother UK 3 Cast Updates

Big Brother series 3 was the third season of Big Brother UK.

The series ran from 24th May to 26th July 2002.

It was presented by Davina McCall.

The Big Brother 3 house was located in the Elstree Studios in Borehamwood.

There were 14 Big Brother series 3 contestants.

Adele Roberts Adele Roberts was evicted in week 6.

She gained 62% of the vote to leave the house against Jade, Jonny and Kate in the public vote.

After Big Brother, Adele continued with her DJ work.

She was a radio DJ on Rock FM, Hits FM, Galaxy Radio and Capital FM.

Adele had weekly weekend spots on Radio 1Xtra.

She was on Radio one in a morning slot from 4.30-6.30am until 2023.

She also DJs at festivals, nightclubs and celebrity parties around the world.

Adele returned to the Big Brother house with Alex for a task in 2007.

In 2019, Adele was a campmate on I’m a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here!

She was eliminated on day 13.

Adele finished third on Dancing on Ice in 2024.

In 2021, she began treatment for bowel cancer and was declared cancer free in 2022.




Alex Sibley Alex Sibley came third in the Big Brother 3 final.

He gained 27% of vote to win against Jade, Kate and Jonny.

After Big Brother, Alex appeared in an advert for Domestos, advertising bleach.

Alex modelled at London Fashion Week, walking for designer Scott Henshall.

He appeared on many TV shows.

These include Driven, Celebrity Fear Factor and a Blind Date Celebrity Special.

He also appeared on Loose Women and Wish You Were Here.

Alex has returned to the Big Brother house twice for tasks.

Alex dated Melanie Hill from 2004 until 2007.

He is now married and has a daughter.

Alex now works in housing.




Alison Hammond Alison Hammond was evicted in week 2.

She gained 39% of the vote to leave the house against Alex and Sandy.

After Big Brother, Alison became a presenter on This Morning.

She has famously interviewed a number of celebrities.

Alison appeared on Celebrity Fit Club and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!

She also appeared on Celebrity Stars In Their Eyes and Strictly Come Dancing.

Alison is a co-presenter on the British Bake Off.

In 2005, she gave birth to a baby boy.

In 2011, she walked the catwalk during Liverpool’s Fashion Week.




Jade Goody Jade Goody came fourth in the Big Brother 3 final.

She gained 20% of the vote to win against Alex, Jonny and Kate.

After Big Brother, Jade was in a relationship with Jeff Brazier.

They had sons Bobby and Freddie.

Jade appeared on Back to Reality and was in the Big Brother Panto.

Jade released three work out DVDs and two autobiographies.

She a perfume range that was sold in Superdrug.

She had two of her own reality TV Shows, Jade’s Salon and Just Jade.

In 2007, she entered the Celebrity Big Brother house along with her mum Jackie.

There was controversy surrounding racist comments.

She entered the Big Brother house in India.

She left after two days after being told she had cervical cancer.

Jade and Jack married in February 2009, whilst Jade was in hospital.

Jade Goody sadly died in her sleep on 22nd March 2009.

Testing for cervical cancer increased by 12% following her death.

This was due to increased media coverage of the cancer.




Jonny Regan Jonny Regan came second in the Big Brother 3 final.

He gained 42% of the vote to win against Alex, Jade and Kate.

After Big Brother, Jonny became a radio presenter on TFM radio.

He forged a successful career as an actor and presenter.

He appeared in/on RI:SE, CDUK, Spoof!, Coronation Street, The Bill and Byker Grove.

In theatre he appeared in Vera, Billy Elliot and in various pantomimes including Aladdin.

Jonny appeared in TV adverts for British Gas, Skybet and Kelloggs.

His wedding was covered by OK! Magazine when he married Joanne Llewellyn.

Jonny now owns a successful photography and photobooth business.

He regularly photographs celebrities.




Kate Lawler Kate Lawler was the Big Brother 3 winner.

She won with 58% of the vote against Alex, Jonny and Jade in the final.

After Big Brother, Kate became a radio DJ with slots on Capital FM, Kerrang Radio, Virgin Radio.

Kate was also a nightclub DJ, playing all over the world and she launched her own record label.

Kate has appeared on television many times, presenting RI:SE.

She appeared on Celebrity Love Island, Celebrity Wrestling and Hole in the Wall.

She took part in Celebrity Wipeout and Big Brother Celebrity Hijack.

Kate presented dating show Playdate and became the face of an Ann Summers campaign.

In 2007, she was banned from driving for 6 months for speeding.

In 2012, Kate carried the Olympic Torch in Sandwell.

Kate started hosting podcast Maybe Baby in 2019.

Kate is currently a radio presenter on Virgin Radio.

She gave birth to baby Noa in February 2021.

Kate married Martin Bojtos in 2022.




Lee Davey Lee Davey was evicted in week 3.

He gained 84% of the vote to leave the house against Jonny.

After Big Brother, Lee married fellow housemate Sophie Pritchard on Big Brother’s Little Wedding.

They had son Max in 2005 but split up and later divorced in 2006.

Lee went on tour with The Dream Boys.

He released a fitness DVD called Lee’s Wicked Workout.

Lee owns a chain of gyms.

He was a writer for Get French Football News.

Lee appears on TalkSport and Sky Sports websites as a writer.




Lynne Moncrieff Lynne Moncrieff was evicted in week 1.

She was evicted with all house mates choosing to evict her.

After Big Brother, Lynne briefly moved to London.

She later moved back to Aberdeen.

Lynne currently works in the Aberdeen Art Gallery.

She is an artist and sells her art online.




PJ Ellis PJ Ellis was evicted in week 7.

He gained 81% of the vote to leave the house against Kate.

After Big Brother, PJ remained friends with Jade.

They kept in contact for 18 months before losing contact.

PJ met his partner Kelly in 2007, they got married in 2010 and had a son.

He worked as a lawyer in Birmingham.

He left his job to focus on his charity work with Love Brum UK.

PJ founded social media company Blake7.

Later, he merged the company with Lightbox Digital.

PJ is a presenter on BBC Radio WM Breakfast Show.

He is a lecturer in Marketing at Aston University.




Sandy Cumming Sandy Cumming left the house in week 3.

He left after escaping the house by climbing on the roof.

Sandy was talked down by staff and agreed to leave by the back door.

After Big Brother, Sandy kept out of the media spotlight.

He returned to his previous role as a personal shopper at Selfridges.

Sandy changed his surname to avoid being recognised.

He is now a Community Police Officer.




Sophie Pritchard Sophie Pritchard was evicted in week 5.

She gained 85% of the vote to leave the house against Jonny.

After Big Brother, Sophie and Lee began a relationship.

Lee proposed to Sophie live on RI:SE.

The couple married in August 2003.

In 2005, they had son Max, the first ever Big Brother baby.

They split up and divorced in 2006 but they remain good friends.




Sunita Sharma Sunita Sharma left the house voluntarily in week 1.

She left as she was bored of the house and the other housemates.

After Big Brother, Sunita returned to her studies.

She fully qualified as a barrister, specialising in Criminal Law.

Sunita currently works in recruitment at an Investments firm.

She is leading a Human Capital Management department.




Tim Culley Tim Culley was evicted in week 8.

He gained 81% of the vote to leave the house against Alex.

After Big Brother, Tim wrote a very moving article about Jade Goody after she died.

Tim moved to South Africa.

He worked for Sports Illustrated.

He later helped launch SA’s first weekly lads mag.

Tim returned to working in advertising.

He was Marketing Director of Weylandts, a high end furniture company.

Tim launched his own business Pixalot in 2020.
